Ryan Whitney - MUSIC
Ryan Whitney is a singer-songwriter steadily emerging as one of Southern California's finest expressive buskers. Having initially developed his engaging sound with a full-time backing band, Ryan recently found an invigorated sense of musical purpose performing his impassioned acoustic expression alone, and is presently expanding his catalog with a new phase of songwriting and musical exploration.
Ryan's musical style and songwriting are often likened to the thoughtful sincerity of Dave Matthews, the contemplative brooding of Billy Corgan, and the accessibly soothing rhythms of Jack Johnson. He is currently performing throughout Orange County and Long Beach, typically solo, though occasionally with the help of one of his many accomplished colleagues.
