Benjamin Russell
SOUND DESIGNER


Benjamin Russell received his B.A. in Film and Digital Media from the University of California, Santa Cruz.   Born in Tucson, AZ is now and has been a native of southern California.  His career interests are to work on feature films as a sound designer.   He has completed an internship with Aardvark Post a small post production facility in Sherman Oaks as an audio post production assistant. Ben has work on numerous Thesis and Independent production as a sound mixer, sound designer as well as editor.  Upon completion he will have completed over fifteen films as one of these positions well above and beyond the usual work load.  Several of the film he was a part of received accolades from festivals.  One of his 2nd year sound design films “Son Up” was a regional finalist for the student academy awards.
